Hotel Eastlund

Hotel Eastlund, Portland, Oregon. The lobby has a powerful punch with Bridget Bardot floating on glass panels. She sets the tone for the hotel - beautiful, but a bit naughty. Studio art Direct worked closely with owners and Holst Architecture to create an art program that was sophisticated but affordable. The allure of the human form was the overall theme. International artists were licensed or commissioned to create images, while Studio Art Direct provided all production management with various fabricators and produced the volume art for the guest rooms in-house.
